Jason Hope is a philanthropist, futurist, investor, technology enthusiast, entrepreneur and author. As a Scottsdale, Arizona native Hope continues to give back to his community by researching and contributing to causes he is deeply passionate about. He focuses his contributions on efforts to advance in technology and medicine as well as, investing and mentoring young students and entrepreneur’s through his grant program. After earning his Degree in finance from Arizona State, he went on to earn his MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P Carey School of Business. He then went on to found a number of technology start-ups, resulting in his authoritative reputation in the tech industry.
Thanks to his talents and years of experience, Hope was able to compiled his knowledge and expertise into a book titled ‘Understanding the Internet of Things Revolution: A Quick Guide for Thriving in the IoT era.’ The book is a compilation of his understandings of everything Iot related. Jason Hope a firm believer in the future of IoT and a skillful futurist, predicts that technology will increasingly become a part of the day to day lives of people around the world and very soon. He wrote this book in hopes of bringing the public level of understanding, of this technology, to a deeper level.
After successfully generating enough income from his Phoenix based companies, Hope began contributing to organizations and individuals in philanthropist efforts to change the lives of the public for the better. One organization he avidly supports, starting with a half a million-dollar donation back in 2010, is the SENS research Foundation.
SENS is a non-profit, regenerative medical research organization focused on taking a different approach to modern medicine. Instead of treating diseases such as, Alzheimer’s and diabetes after its manifested, their goal is targeting these age related diseases before they even occur. Not just as a cosmetic youth serum but to improve the quality of human life. They plan on achieving this feat by addressing “unwanted molecular bonds and restoring the elasticity of the body’s extracellular matrix.” As SENS, CSO and cofounder Aubrey de Grey explains.
